Mustard Seed
Come with us on a world wide journey
Mustard Seed is a documentary following three women on a global journey starting from the US to the heart of Israel to the villages of Nigeria sparking conversations with Hebrew Israelites and believers across oceans about the true history of the African diaspora. We dig into the Bible connecting our African heritage to scriptures. We have been spiritually led to tell our story and reminding the world that our history did not start at the slave ships. The mission is to bridge the gap for Africans of the diaspora through history and shared hearts, uniting in truth and spirit, and collecting testimonies along the way.
Phase 1 - Israel
In March 2024, on a self-funded mission, we delved into the heart of Israel itself, engaging with both locals and proclaimed Israelites to explore the complex dynamics of identity and belonging. Through candid conversations and poignant reflections, we capture the essence of a land steeped in history and contested narratives.
Our small crew spent 7 full days traveling from north Israel to south Israel, making stops at Sodom & Gomorrah, the real King David’s Temple, Jerusalem, Mitzpah, Dimona, and Eliat. We connected with the people of the land, interviewing locals from Rabbis to the Black American settlement in the village of Dimona.
The journey not only brought us rich history and culture, but it also has brought us closer to God and grown us spiritually. Exploring this side of the world during an active war is the epitome of having faith that we are protected and covered. Here, we will share our testimonies.
Phase 2 - Nigeria

NIGERIA!
Crowdfunding starts 7/19/24:

Phase 2 of production will take place in Igboland Nigeria over a 10-day period (8/26/24-9/4/24) guided by the founders of the organization We Building Bridges. Our multi-layered experience includes interviewing members of royal Israelite families, touring the land, and doing missionary work on behalf of our non-profit partner Mighty Minds of Africa.
We seek to gain different perspectives of Biblical history from people who identify as Israelites but are rooted in the motherland. In addition, we want to highlight the economic opportunities that exists in the land through land and real estate investment. We want our sisters and brothers to know that generational wealth is attainable and is not limited to the United States.
